点评：What an amazing fun afternoon. I received this as a gift and wasn't too sure what to expect. We waited n the cosy bar below to be collected, we were then led up the tower to the distillery at the top. It's a lovely room with beautiful views over the local countryside. Nigel who took the "class" was friendly, knowledgeable and made the afternoon a lot of fun. We sampled 3 of their gins and were talked through the botanicals in them and what works with certain gins. We were in a lovely group of people and had lots of fun getting to know each other. Once we got on to making our gin Nigel advised on which essentials we needed and if we needed help he was on hand with advice. Me and my husband made an apple and sage gin with a hint of cinnamon. The whole time we were making it we had a G&T on the go. Once bottled we named our creation and had a little taste of the tails (the end part that you discard) with some tonic to get an idea how the finished product would taste. I'm now counting down to the weekend when I can sample my "Afternoon Tee" gin
