Your Spa at Wickwoods的点评
点评：I came for a spa day with my daughter great front house staff . Lovely lunch . . We had the hour slot for the pool but as soon as we got out before our hour was up 2 people jumped in so that was it finished. The outdoor area is a ridiculous situation that needs attention it was a hot day but literally you cannot go and sit by the outside pool no loungers also once people there they don’t move had we known that all there was was deckchairs in the gardens nowhere else hugely disappointing. People want to be outside on a hot day by a pool. The indoor pool is tiny and you have to book that too apart from one lane . For the cost you would not expect to have hardly any access to the outside. Also they have marques up with gym equipment looks cheap tacky . As much as I loved it the outside area pool needs to be prioritised a lot of people were complaining how unfair it was . Please look at this . Apart from that a great day but like I said it did ruin the day slightly.
