点评：My mind was blown away by how engaging and interactive this museum was. There are four levels that take you through all the stages of print: (1) papermaking, (2) writing systems & seals, (3) printing, and (4) bookbinding & marbled paper.
Each level has a DIY component. Like for papermaking, you can make your own paper. For writing, you can practice with a quill and have your mini-letter sealed. You can use a printing press to try out printing, and you can create your very own marbled design.
They say it's great for kids, but it's a whole lot of fun for adults too! Despite being a museum of paper & printing history, it's not a museum where you just wander around and read info. It is very interactive and will stay in your mind even after you leave.
The staff is patient and passionate about what they do. Definite must, even if you're only in Basel for a short stay!
