Busy Port, interesting to watch the activities, much improved now building works nearly completed

点评：We were previously here in January 2022, to pick up and return our hire car from Cicar. At that time there was major building works going on and it wasa bit chaotic.
Here we are back again in July 2024 and things were almost back to normal. The building works nearly completed and we were easily able to navigate our way around the Harbour.
A number of ferry companies, namely, Fred Olsen, Armas and Lineas Romero operate out of the Port. The main destination is Corralejo on Fuerteventura as well as Puerto del Rosario. There are numerous sailings a day so the Port is rather busy.
As well as the ferries the Port is home to a number of smaller vessels, both private and commercial. They come in all shapes and sizes. There are other boats offering boat tours and trips.
We did walk along the Paeso Maritima, coastal pathway, reviewed separately, from our hotel, H10 Timanfaya Palace to the Rubicon Marina, which took us through the Port. We did stop along the way to watch the comings and goings in the Port, rather fascinating to watch.
