Absolutely stunning beach. Sorry everyone else was scare of the road.

点评：This beach is so beautiful. Yes its a long drive but it makes it less of a tourist spot and more of a true beach lovers paradise.
Yes it is a rough drive (About 2 hrs past port Alice) on a poorly maintained logging road with logging trucks, wild life, mountains and rivers to cross but well worth it.
I mean this is northern Vancouver Island where that is all stuff you see or at minimum risk seeing everywhere you go.
Always be aware of your surroundings and understand the safest way to deal with said wildlife if you come face to face with it. Most wild life is more scared of you than you are of it. Use common sense don’t follow it don’t chase after it don’t surprise it and lastly when you do see something watch for it’s warning signs that it’s not happy you’re there. And calmly back away.
Nothing can beat the sound of wave movement while you sleep in your tent just feet away from the high tide line.
