Disappointing
Bazaar Spa的点评
点评：Disappointing. The 9-1pm session was massively overbooked and there were so many people. The changing room was tiny and barely anything worked. There were no flip flops provided and my robe was so tiny it was really embarrassing.
Only 1 hot tub was working so we essentially had to queue. The Steam room was small and not very warm and the sauna was tiny so we were having to again wait for people to leave only to find the floor was broken.
The pool side was tatty and not like pictures at all, loungers were crammed together and there was big pools of water all over the floor. The pool was also quite cold.
The outdoor pool was gorgeous but also quite cold. To get there you had to walk through a freezing corridor over soaking dirty towels on the floor and through a door with no signage that looks like a fire escape.
Avoid the restaurant too, we got (quite expensive) food and there were key ingredients missing from our meals. We wish we had complained but we were starving and cold so we ate it.
