点评：I preferred to book a ten days tour in Algeria with this travel agency,because during the first communications,they answered to my mails in very short time and I had read good comments in internet about them.The reality was absolutely different.
Because of visa delay,the tour got eight days tour(instead of ten).They tried to earn more money because of this change and only when I told that I was going to cancel the tour,they gave me a correct price(but more expensive,than the normal)
Because my arrival flight delayed,next day we started tour 11:00am(instead of 8:00am)because they should relax
In Constantin they didn’t book for me accommodation in advance and finally I found hotel to sleep ,by myself ,via the app booking.com.
In Algiers despite our agreement was to be in central hotel,they booked me a hotel near the airport(half an hour by taxi from the city center)so I couldn’t walk all around the city the free time.
The owner of the agency must know that during the tour ,she must not seat in the front seat of the car and the client at the back seat.The driver doesn’t need her help for driving and the client-tourist wants to have the most possible pictures and photos from the environment (and don’t look at her back)
Positive that all of the time I was feeling that I was very well protected from the drivers and the guides of the agency.The driver in Ghardaia(Moustafa)and in Algiers(Camel)were very professionals.
Generally I believe that when they will have experience,they will be a reliable agency!
