点评:I went to buy some local things to take home as gifts and there was ample choice. Lots of wood and stone carvings, clothing, paintings, etc. I bought some really beautiful stuff. I wish I had a bigger suitcase as the bigger items as they would look amazing in my house. A lot of the things are well worth what they are asking without haggling so I’d just say pay what they ask
If it’s worth it to you. The people are very talented. Do watch out for chancers thought. One guy on the right side just as you enter the market tried to charge me 7000KWA for a few items which a short walk around the market became clear could be bought for about 1500-2000 max. My advice is buy nothing until you’ve been around the whole market and then go back and get your favourite items. I did this and left happy. The sellers will try to close a deal with you before you walk away but you need to stand your ground. You will feel rude but seriously they won’t let you away if you don’t just start walking. It’s well worth a visit and you’ll come away with some lovely stuff. Take cash though there’s and ATM nearby if you need more.
