点评：When we arrived, we were advised that the whirlpool was out of order and we were given a 10 percent discount as a result. However, there were other services out of order as well. When we spoke to an employee we discovered that the mint-scented cold fog they advertise hasn’t worked in over a year! The cold waterfall also wasn’t working and only one of the tropical shower heads worked. The eucalyptus sauna wasn’t working upon our arrival, but was fixed once we spoke to an employee. Around the facility you see signs of wear and tear such as showers or sinks that don’t work or loose handles, missing tiles etc. Considering that the price and location are very similar to that of Spa Nordik, the value is poor in comparison.
Pros: good customer service, bilingual personnel, able to change out your robe and towel without charge, small/cozy location, able to book for half a day at a reduced rate, sandals included in rental, green tea available at one of the rest stops.
