点评：We had a fantastic experience with this family-run car rental company! We were initially a bit nervous since it was our first time renting a car for a self-drive trip and driving on the left side in a 4x4. However, from the moment we picked up the car, we felt completely reassured.
Surita and her team gave us a detailed briefing, explaining everything from how to change a tire and check tire pressure to using the fridge and rooftop tent. It was a lot to take in during the 1.5-hour briefing, so maybe a small document for reference on the road could be helpful. Still, the guidance was excellent, and we left feeling well-prepared. She even reviewed our itinerary with us and gave us suggestions to ensure our safety and comfort.
Throughout the trip, communication was easy; we could reach Surita anytime via WhatsApp, which was a huge relief. The car itself was in great condition, and we were so glad we went with the automatic option for a smoother drive. Everything worked perfectly, and we had no major issues with the vehicle during the entire trip. The price was very fair for the quality and service provided.
Namibia is a stunning country, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore it. If we return, we’d definitely book with Aloe again. Highly recommended!
