点评:We decided to take a trip from Bocas Del Toro Starfish Beach, which is approximately a 45-minute journey. Where the road ends a short 15-20 minute walk along the coast brings you to Starfish Beach. A warning for those with mobility issues: A narrow tree over water bridges the path at one point. Alternatively, you can go by water taxi very cheaply. However one of the issues is there is no control or jetty where the boats come in or out, and they arrive among the bathers. Unfortunately, the pictures we have taken are not an accurate representation of what it is really like. At the rear of the beach is a mangrove swamp, and just before it is a continuous line of cafes or bars as far as you can see, some good and not so good. The area was full of people in and out of the water, as well as the usual trinket salespeople trying to sell you something. We managed to see a starfish, have a good seafood lunch and a swim. Would we go again? Yes, but very early in the morning and not on a weekend.
We would recommend walking to the very far end of the beach it is much quieter and there are fewer bars and cafes.

我们建议步行到海滩的最远端,那里更安静,而且酒吧和咖啡馆也较少。
