The first incident between myself and Vanessa ( owner ) with regards to my membership.
I don’t have words to describe how rudely she spoke to me, actually screaming from the back to tell me she doesn’t care what I think of the membership this is her place and her rules.
On my latest visit, the other owner ( Daimon ) was downright rude to myself and his staff member. I was trying to see and hold a product that I haven’t seen before, and the owner came to tell the clerk that I as the client was not to NOT hold any of the products because my “energy” is transferred on to it.
I could see the clerk was hopeless and he apologised for the owners behaviour.
He then carried on about how I must BUY the product before it is viewed or touched, CAN you believe this?
So what about production line?
People doing the packing, shipment, all the thousands of hands running this economy including myself?
When I asked for recommendations on this product, I was met with a dismissive tone. It's disappointing, given the shop's potential and “name” they have built, but the lack of respect for customers is a major turn-off.
If you value being treated with dignity, you might want to look elsewhere!!!!!!
