点评：We were looking for something fun to do outdoors to make the most of the beautiful, sunny weather and we wanted something a bit more adventurous than just a lovely country house and adventure playground. It's not easy to find something like that we can all do, with kids that are 5 and 8. Stumbled across Baboon Adventures on google and it looked fun, had great reviews and had availability.
We all had a great time! It was just the right amount of thrills for the older ones, but not too much for our littlest. The 3-wheeled electric scooters are a much better option that quad bikes. They seem far safer to me. Quads are quite easy to roll, but these scooters are incredibly stable.
We had about 10 people in our group and our instructor did really well accommodating the different abilities and 'fear' levels :) At the start you spend a bit of time getting comfortable with the scooter, doing steady laps in a field, which is really helpful.
You then go off for your guided scooter tour of the estate. There was a good mix of terrain, opportunities to go full throttle and we all had a really good laugh. Our guide was excellent at stopping, waiting for people to catch up, forewarning us of the terrain that was coming up and whether we needed to take it slower.
Tips: make sure you take sunglasses or goggles as it can get really dusty. We had great weather so it wasn't muddy, but depending on the season you might want clothes that can get muddy.
