点评：The transfer itself was smooth and efficient, and the journey didn’t take too long from Sofia to Bansko . However, I was extremely disappointed with the drop-off. Instead of taking us directly to the hotel entrance (Lucku Bansko) , the driver stopped about 300 meters away, pointed at a sign, and told us to walk from there.
This might not have been an issue in different circumstances, but it was dark and cold, and I was traveling with my nine-year-old child and two heavy suitcases full of ski gear. Navigating an unfamiliar area while dragging our luggage was not only inconvenient but also unnecessary. I fail to understand why the driver couldn’t take us the extra short distance to the hotel door, especially given the conditions.
