点评：From my initial contact and enquiry to handing the bikes back, Steve was so professional.
Throughout, Steve listened to what we wanted, answered our many questions, took the time and patience to meet our needs, explained everything thoroughly and was excellent in all areas with a kind and friendly manner.
Steve's communication by phone, message and email ensured that everything was organised and every detail covered.
We so wanted to experience and explore the beautiful Lake District by cycling but, we are certainly not seasoned cyclists and, being 60 years old, we would have struggled to cycle on a normal bike to cover a fraction of the miles we did even though we are both fit and healthy.
Hiring ebikes was one of the highlights of our holiday. Steve had many different routes to take and talked us through each one so we could decide which suited us best.
So easy to ride, many miles covered, many steep hills or declines handled without a problem making it an absolutely pleasurable afternoon of being immersed in the stunning scenery of the lake district.
Views, areas of outstanding beauty and the chance to find areas of peace and tranquility to stop and truly let you mind take a rest from the world .
I can not recommend Ullswater Ebikes and Steve highly enough. We will certainly be back for another cycling adventure.
