点评：I had a very disappointing experience at this restroom. I was paying for four people and took a moment to re-read the instructions to make sure everything was correct. Suddenly, one of the employees - the cleaner - started yelling at me and lecturing me about patience, not understanding the situation.
This behavior was not only unprofessional, but totally unnecessary and demeaning. I remained calm and respectful, but the way I was addressed made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I ended up not even using the restroom I paid for, simply because I didn't feel safe or respected.
In addition, using the toilet costs €1.10, which is on the high side, especially considering the limited space and comfort of the place. For that amount of money, you expect at least customer friendliness and a decent experience.
This employee was not customer friendly, not professional, lacked basic communication and did not show any kind of emotional intelligence or customer focus.
