点评：Hapuku Kitchen is such a wonderful unique and delicious experience that my partner and I are always looking for any excuse to make a detour there for a meal or culinary adventure. We’ve been for the supper club multiple times and every meal is different and delicious. The way that Fiona layers flavours is spectacular and something that I’ve only experienced in a handful of the finest restaurants and paid exponentially more than the scandalously excellent value offered here. Chris is an absolutely delightful and gracious host/maitre-de/sommelier and will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
We’ve also been on a kitchen experience complete with fishing trip and foraging on the shoreline, a tour of the garden and introductions to the animals, then learning to prep and cook a delicious lunch.
This is some of the best food in the country, made and served by some the loveliest people in the country, in a delightful dining room which manages to be both expansive but homely and cosy at the same time. Hapuku Kitchen is simply one of the best value for money experiences you can have in Aotearoa.
