点评：This was one of the highlights of our tour. The best part about visiting this attraction is getting to see the Philippine Tarsier in its natural habitat. The experience takes you through a jungle-like trail with a guide leading the way to trees where these tiny, nocturnal primates sleep during the day. While they aren’t very active in daylight, spotting them in the wild is still a fascinating experience.
Some visitors may feel unprepared for the jungle setting, but that’s on them—this is a wildlife sanctuary, not a zoo. Before the tour, there’s a 5-minute educational video that provides insight into the Philippine Tarsier, the history of the sanctuary, and the conservationist whose name was given to the scientific classification of the species found in the Philippines.
