Great zip, poor food, wonderful weather

点评：Went here with family as a gift for one of their birthdays. Genuinely couldn’t have picked better weather for it. Not a cloud in sight and about 12 degrees C.
First, the car parking is a pain. You’ll likely need to download an app and then pay via that. A pay machine would save 15 minutes of pain trying to sort it out, so get there early. The registration and kitting up was fine and the guys there were full of banter which was great. The mini bus up to the top was fine and they dropped us off right at the drop point. The views on their own are absolutely incredible. As good as you’ll get anywhere in the South of Wales.
The zip itself is good fun. A fast drop off the edge, slowed down by a small chute out the back. The brake at the bottom is jarring, so be ready. The second zip is fun too.
We went for food later here and it wasn’t very pleasant. The cheeseburger had a really cold bun, really cold salad and mayo (I think) and a hot burger within which wasn’t enjoyable as a burger. The chips were largely cold too, for everyone who ordered them.
The zip line is fun, the parking’s annoying and the food isn’t great. It’s an experience though.
