High quality and excellent customer service. Trip of a lifetime!

点评：First of I can't say enough about the customer service of this company and specifically Wayne. We had a flight from the uk to Johannesburg and opted for the internal flight to an airport near the game reserve (about an hour from the airport with a free "African massage" on the bumpy track to get to the lodge. I was a little worried about the flight connection as we only had just over an hour to make the internal flight. I called Wayne and he coordinated a fast pass guide to take us through immigration, check our bags and escort is to the departue gate. Great service and we got there in about 20 minutes!!. All through the process communication was excellent and the lodge was fantastic. Very professional with Ros leading the operation. Victor was our guide and was excellent. Funny but also intent on ensuring we had the best time. The lodge accomodarion was good with a great view where we saw rhino, elephants and a lot of monkeys (who tried to get into the room but the double lock kept them out). Food was very good with an expansive (but not expensive) wine list which was the only addon we had to pay for. Overall 10/10 and I have already recommended Wayne to friends. Jon
