Turning into a prison style venue, truly awful.

点评：This place continues to make paying customers feel like an annoyance every time, so much so that it is the closest venue I live near but probably now the last place I will visit. Sadly because people are so willing to hand over thousands every year to watch F1 nothing will change. I was watching British GT., paid far more to get in that Donington a few weeks before, loads of areas I could not access, and then we were asked to move in an open stand as there were too many people at one end, I mean have you ever heard anything so ridiculous. The security people are like airport staff, unfriendly, gruff and rude, there are barriers everywhere, place perennially looks like a building site, a lot of areas you cannot get to or access, it was a sunny day today, why not open another stand, is it really THAT expensive to do this?
Rapidly becoming an ever more unfriendly, unwelcoming place that appears to NOT want you there, you are an annoyance, that is a downward trend Dumperstone, your track is not that great, and if you continue to treat people like dirt, one day your little F1 cash cow will be gone and you will need us again. SO treat people with respect, dignity and the customer is nearly always right, it is why your biggest competitor gets rave reviews and more and people are hating on this place
