点评：Recently had an incredible experience with Roy Safaris!
Booking the trip was seamless and done in part with a US based travel agent, Susan Wood. She helped us draft a safari itinerary and was immediately responsive to any changes or questions that we had. She was incredibly helpful and detail-oriented, which was important to us as we prepared for our first safari.
Once we were on the ground in Tanzania, we were greeted by a Roy Safaris driver and transferred to Arusha. We then embarked on our safari the following morning and met our guide, Fabian. He did a great job and offered insight during our game drives. He would even extend game drives if we were watching something of interest - like a pride of 15 lions stalking zebras, even if it meant staying out a bit longer than expected. He knew what we wanted to see and made sure to prioritize those animals as much as possible each day. He went above and beyond to ensure we saw the Big Five and was such a kind and courteous person to spend our time with.
At the end of our safari we were safely transported to the airport in the Serengeti to travel back to Arusha, and then were picked up and transported to our hotel and then to the airport. The entire process while in Tanzania was streamlined - we did not have to think about the itinerary or specifics, we simply got to enjoy our time in Tanzania.
The entire safari was such a great time and we certainly enjoyed our experience with Roy Safaris.
