Nice place without service of quality

点评：A beautiful spa but pay attention on this: when entering and buying a ticket, they don't have any price list available....if you DON'T STAY MANY HOURS, tell it, otherwise they charge you the whole day fee. My partner is Italian,we didn' t this time check the prices in internet because been there many many yrs ago. They charged us the whole-day-fee 19€ per person WITHOUT telling all alternatives of prices or ASKING how long we would stay (we assumed it costs the same whether you stay 3 or 8 hours, instead was NOT like that)
So the stuff should INFORM more clients and not take anxiously the full charge.. Later when leaving this spa we asked if there was a lower cost/refund because we only stayed 3 hrs and they told us quite in an ironic tone: yes of course but if you didn't let us know when buying tickets, it's the full charge. I have worked in client service all my life and can't understand this kind of service, sincerely....

翻译：水疗中心很漂亮，但要注意一点：进去买票的时候，他们没有价目表……如果你待的时间不长，一定要告知，否则会收你全天的费用。我的伴侣是意大利人，我们这次没有上网查价格，因为很多年前就来过这里了。他们收我们每人19欧元的全天费，既没有告知其他价格，也没有询问我们会待多久（我们以为待3个小时还是8个小时都一样，但事实并非如此）。
