点评：I booked an 8 day cruise on the Danubio Azul in the Galapagos Islands with Galapagos Experience and the whole thing was a wonderful experience!
I booked very last minute and Doménica was incredibly helpful, always answering messages incredibly promptly (late at night, at weekend, no time seemed to be a problem!) and making sure everything was organised and sorted in good time. She communicated everything clearly at every stage.
Every part of the booking went smoothly, I was booked on my boat transfer and was met when I got off with a taxi waiting. Then I was picked up by the ship's captain himself, Wilson, with their dinghy.
The cruise itself was absolutely incredible and exceeded my expectations from the description and information given before hand. The Danubio Azul is officially a "tourist class" ship but I felt like it was better than that! The crew were so kind at all times, taking care of all the passengers needs. My room was very comfortable and cleaned every day by the always smiling Ulisses. Not only was the food great and beautifully presented by Dani the chef but there was so much of it! It was lovely being welcomed back on board by Kevin or Tito, other crew members, after a tour or snorkel and Ulisses would always be there with a drink and little snack.
We were incredibly lucky to have Carlos as our guide. A veteran guide with perfect English he somehow had unlimited energy to go out on walks or swims to see wildlife and more. He seemed as excited as the tourists seeing things sometimes! Meanwhile Leo would be piloting the dinghy and was incredibly skilled not only at steering us into caves safely but was also spotting wildlife for us and getting as close as possible.
I could not recommend the company or the shop and it's crew highly enough. An absolutely brilliant experience.
