点评:I am from Liverpool but only realised recently the building was public (thanks to someone mentioning public toilets, handy for busy mums, you don't even need a code like some places). We happened upon a cafe in the lobby where we enjoyed some hot drinks but the food options didn't look appetising but had been to castle Street first so we were full. I think the rest of the floors are offices or private but walked through the ground floor to exit the back as we wanted to see the tour entrance. There was some photos on display but anyone with curious kids or a traditional disposition should avoid as it was rather 'adult' to say the least and the giveaways my kids thought were sweets were not sweets but 'johnnies'. We looked for the tour and it's in the basement but down a set of stairs outside, I should of googled before to see the price and content as I thoght it's a tour of all floors but it was too cold to go outside as some of it is outside and also young kids cannot go up. The kind staff let me read the free section downstairs but it sounded a bit mawkish. Maybe on my own in the summer I will chance it though
