点评:Packed onto floors 5-7 (or somewhere around those levels) are some incredible dining options you may miss if not intentionally seeking them out. Due to the nasty weather, I was trying to do more indoor-centered things on the day I came, and as it was approaching lunchtime, I discovered how much I didn’t need to worry about exiting the premises! There are some real high-end choices representing a broad range of international cuisine (e.g. French fine dining), but plenty of more affordable local eateries can be found too. The soba spot I opted for was outstanding. Many of the folks you’ll see in the restaurants and the building in general are businesspeople (not too many tourists), so you’ll know…if the locals like it, surely it’s worth your time and money!
(Note that there are seamless, covered connecting passages to Tokyo Station, which is super helpful in poor weather. And on the highest floors, which are accessible to the public, the views are breathtaking.)
