休德利城堡的点评
点评：We have just visited Sudeley for the 3rd time. It's good to see it evolve as a visitor attraction, and it is well worth a visit. The room guides are friendly and very informative.
The gardens are beautiful, and views from this site are far-reaching. I especially loved the view back to the Church over the larger pond.
A slight negative is the catering facilities. We started with a drink at 11 in the main cafe by the main entrance. It was ok but pricey for what it was and in paper cups. At lunchtime, we wanted something to eat, and at just before one, there was little availability from the 'wagon' near the castle entrance. None of the advertised sandwiches or wraps were available just three smallish subway rolls, 2 cheese and 1 ham at £6.50 each! We bought those, 4 packs of crisps, 2 teas and coffees. £ 42.30! A bit steep and another time I will take a picnic.
