Fantastic break for family.
Crealy Theme Park & Resort的点评
点评：Last minute break booked for Easter week. Arrived in accommodation and found it wasn’t what we had expected when we booked. Spoke to the Manager and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Issue was resolved immediately and we felt valued as a customer and listened to. Can not fault the way it was dealt with.
Accommodation was spotless and had everything needed for a short stay. Grounds were tidy and looked after well. Clubhouse was clean and food was standard. Staff were all helpful and friendly.
Theme park was well maintained, staff seemed happy in their work, always smiling and friendly and ready to help. Cleaners were everywhere, grounds, toilets, food places.
Rides were opened on a rotation basis but always plenty to do. Didn’t queue longer than 15 minutes for a ride. Most were walk on with no queue.
Lots of icecream and snack carts about, places to eat and drink and lots of benches for picnics.
Not many animals but the ones we saw seemed well cared for.
Easter egg hunt was fun for the little ones who received an Easter egg once they had completed the trail and stamped all their eggs.
Ideal Theme park for ages 2-9. Not much for older children apart from two smallish roller coasters and the log flume.
We will be returning later in the year.
