One of the best experiences we have ever had
Oaxaca Conmigo Tours的点评
点评：We spent two full days touring different parts of Oaxaca with Felix. Quite simply, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Our tours included Hierve el Agua, Mitla, tamales and chocolate with a native family, the Tula tree, Monte Alban, several mezcal palenques, quick stops in different villages with their crafts, and the Tlacolula market. Prior to the trip, Antonio was extremely helpful in creating a tour that was completely customized to our interests and always responded to my questions extremely quickly and thoroughly. On the tour itself, Felix felt like an old friend, and he was willing to go as fast or as slow as we wanted to take it at each destination. He even helped translate some of the more difficult tour stops, such as the specifics of how mezcal is made. The tours were especially interesting because Oaxaca Conmigo really emphasizes and supports the local communities and women-owned businesses, so it really felt like there was a story at each stop that wasn't one of the archaeological sites. The tours are not inexpensive, but we found them to be completely worth it for one of the most memorable trips we have ever had.
