点评：Oh what a day out! We have been talking about coming here for years, and because we live a hundred and fifty miles away, we always seem to have put it off.
The staff were awesome, always polite and helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
The route around the house is extensive and fascinating. So many room and exhibits to see, read about and photograph.
The gardens are just out of this world. I’ve been to plenty of stately homes with lovely gardens, but this tops the lot. We went on the tractor ride, and I think it’s a bit of a con at £8 per adult and I think £5 per child. You can hop on and off at different locations in the gardens, but I think that it should be included in the admission price.
The shops are stacked but expensive, the food is expensive, so consider bringing a picnic. Plenty of open space to sit and eat.
