Caravan site needs TLC

点评：Although disappointed about the caravan site I would return because the location suits my needs.
Arrived Saturday afternoon, left Monday morning and never met anyone from the rather neglected site.
Both the very narrow pitches and perimeter road are in need of a lot of TLC.
Nighttime lighting is just about non existent.
There are no signs for any of the facilities including the water points.
The elsan point is basically a hole in the ground, hidden behind a hedge. Again needs TLC.
The shower, toilet and pot washroom (when you find the building!) is reasonably good. However in the gents toilet/shower room ALL the lights went off as I was in a cubicle. Pitch black. Luckily I had a torch with me.
No shaver points.
On the plus side the sight is in the countryside and is quiet, no road noise.
Price wise I paid 25% less two weeks for a fat superior and friendly site at Mundesley, Norfolk.
Capesthorne could be so much better with some TLC.
Looking at some previous reviews I get the impression noone from Capesthorne reviews or responds to these reviews.
