巴斯街的点评
点评：I’ve lived in the City of Bath for all of my life, I will admit it’s changed over the years. And there are some excellent places to eat, drink and stay along with some excellent attractions to visit.
But Bath City council have let a city once proud for its multiple Britain in Bloom wins, it English Heritage status fall in to what has become a grubby dirty looking city. I can’t lay all the blame on the council, as a lot of the restaurants and fast food outlets are just as bad. But the streets are grubby unswept with litter blowing around, empty shops due to over market rates. Broken paving with weeds and plants growing out of them, the further you move from the centre the worse it gets, unkept hedge rows and verges, no it’s not for the bee’s it’s laziness, as they have the money for half brain road closures and underused cycle ways.
Please come and enjoy your visit, but enjoy it before it’s totally ruined down ..
