Underwhelmed by the cafe but the grounds are well worth a visit.

点评：Our first visit after taking out a joint annual membership.
We thoroughly enjoyed our walk around the garden and into the woodland to see the stunning carpet of snowdrops. We are looking forward to many walks round the grounds and visiting the house when it is open.
Dog friendly seating is available in the large marquee next to the cafe.
We had an excellent wood fired Diavola sandwich and thought it was reasonably priced for the quality of it.
Not really impressed with the coffee and extremely unimpressed by one other thing. The young lady who was making the coffees was wearing a black fleece with a logo of the hall embroidered in white. The fleece was filthy, it looked as though she had been gardening in it and the white embroidery was stained. Not a very good impression and I very much doubt that I will be spending any money at all in there in future. I am however happy with what I paid for our membership and as we are only a six minute drive away we will visit regularly and get value for money from the membership.
