点评:The Fiat mechanically was new and good but the campervan fell short of delivering a comfortable experience. It was brand new. We paid extra for a ‘Delux Experience’. The water storage wouldn’t hold any water so we couldn’t use the toilet, shower, or kitchen. We ended up buying slabs of water to help us get through. The fridge would only work on 240 volt, not when we were travelling and we had to buy meals our entire trip. It was no better than a tent on wheels.
The problem is that Maui, Britz, and Mighty rentals are owned by the same company so they don’t care.
We asked Britz to fix our vehicle 3 times during our trip and we were told they would ring or email us but neither happened. When we returned the vehicle, we listed the problems with it and they said that their customer service team would get in touch with us but that was 6 months ago and we still haven’t heard back, despite following up on several occasions. They hide and filter customer complaints as the only contact you can make is via email.
Our advice: find a different camper company who will value you as a customer.
I will never give this company my business ever again!
