I loved the itinerary plans that Sean, with ATP provided in advance
I had a brief thought that a zoom meeting before departure may have been helpful, but the orientation (with Gladys) at the hotel on Day 1 was great.
Out tour leaders Manolo and Raul were true ambassadors of Peru.
I felt that I was always in confident care
I appreciated that Manolo and Raul met us with a huge box of water that we had with us for our stay in Cusco, the Sacred Valley until our departure on the train to Puno.
The hike to Machu Picchu was a challenge but Manolo paced us well - reminding us of the importance to respect our own pace
The trip to Chachamba was priceless
Going to the smaller rainbow mountain was a great choice and wonderful experience.
I still don't know how Raul could find the roads that we took without using GPS at all. His driving was phenomenal. Again, I felt like we were very well taken care of by our guides.
Thank you for having arranged for a driver to meet us at Lima airport and take us to our hotel. The airport mayhem for arrivals was chaotic looking. It was so nice to be met.
We followed a couple restaurant recommendations from Manolo and Raul that were spot on in Urubamba, Aguas Callientes and Cusco. The food was phenomenal.
The trip exceeded all expectations!
