Great setting, overpriced food, service is inconsistent

点评：Tough review because the first visit was really great.
Second time I made a reservation for the couches and they told me they’d make a note if it no problem. When we got there they said the couches were reserved for members only so we couldn’t do that I unless we “wanted to sign up right then and there”. It was rude but it was also that they told us one thing and didn’t honor the res I made. The rest in a nutshell: it took them 15 minutes-ish to come over to our table, they brought out a dessert we weren’t expecting then our host charged us for it and was reluctant to take it off our tab. She didn’t honor industry discount or anything (I never expect this but they did the last time I was there) and didn’t even bother to ask for my business card.
In general the wines are great 5/5 - coming from a certified Somm, setting is a 4/5 (couches are a way better vibe) but they just don’t treat you great if you’re not a member - that was my experience. Food and wine is overpriced.
