Just a super, lovely place to eat

点评：Wow what a find!
We were up in Lancashire visiting a friend and she suggested we meet here on the Friday that we arrived. Parking was easy with lots of spaces.
It really is like a massive barn kitted out with a huge choice of tables both inside and outside.
The staff were excellent. When I went to place the order at the bar the lady was so helpful when I had enquiries to make on the menu with one friend being vegan and another vegetarian. Nothing was too much trouble.
The food was delivered reasonably efficiently to our outside table. It was fresh, tasty and plentiful. We did manage to squeeze in a pud, how can you resist their wonderful selection of cakes and ice cream!?
After lunch which wasn’t rushed at all we took a meander around the gift shop which had everything from specialist food products to children’s toys and unique gifts
