点评：Without a doubt, this is an absolute hidden gem! Over the years, I've been many times and there's always something new that I see or experience.
Today, I went with my 24-year-old son, who has severe autism and learning disabilities. What a fabulous time we had! The Sculpture Park is such a sensory, holistic experience that my son was able to engage from the moment he arrived to the end of the visit. From moments when he was highly excited by a sculpture to moments of quiet, still calm, he relished every moment.
On a practical level, it was easy to book online and the concession for carers is greatly appreciated. Parking was easy (and has been on other occasions) and we were able to sit and have a picnic (always a highlight for my son!)
The sculptures are varied and thought-provoking, prompting lots of discussion and chance for connection, even with a non-verbal autistic adult who has few words. There were some beautiful moments today when I was able to truly feel that my son and I were enjoying an experience together as equals. Good for the soul.
