点评：Beware! This place is all about $$$ and not your child's sports development! I booked 2 camps for our children for this December. They were so excited to attend. It was on our "bucket list" for years. I was never told before/during the booking process that the camp was non refundable. After we booked for both camps (over $8000), which did NOT include accommodations/food, we were sent a medical form that was mandatory for all campers. The 2 medical forms would require additional time and would cost us another $300. I told them that I wasn't sending my children to the overnight boarding option and I didn't understand why the medical form needed to be filled out. I offered to sign a waiver so that IMG was not liable in the event of any accidents or medical emergencies. They refused that proposed solution and proposed a refund. It was NOT me that initiated offering the refund. I accepted. Then when they went to refund me for the camps, they withheld hundreds of dollars! They refused to refund me the entire amount. On their website, it said 2.5% of the fee was to be charged in the event of a refund but in my case, they held back much more.
So unethical and unprofessional. There are so many other academies to take your child to. Don't send them here!
