点评:Let me say first I have 2 knee replacements.. second is only 4 months out & other 17 months. There is an outlook from above if you can’t or don’t want to do the walk down. It’s accessible to all. The .4 of a mile each way has the first .1 of a mile is a flat path then about 12 or so steps down a wooden staircase…. That’s pretty much where the easy ends … there are a few random 4x4 studs used as steps, but it mainly all natural stones. Some areas you just have to find the best way down for yourself. I had a walking stick.. thanks to other comments… it helped tremendously. My knees are doing really good, but I wasn’t sure how well they’d do going up & down fairly steep uneven areas. There is a short suspension bridge before falls. A couple of dogs were there & enjoyed the water too. Lots of big rocks in front of the water you can sit on and enjoy a few mins before you start your return. It was almost easier going back up.. I think because I didn’t feel like I was going to fall over and crack my head on a rock. Rocks are natural so if you have kids be aware.. there are no guard rails, no handrails & tons of stones in all sizes & shapes. So easy to trip on if not paying attention.
