点评：We were genuinely excited to visit Singlefile Wines during our time in Denmark, but the experience was shockingly unpleasant from the moment we stepped inside. As soon as my children (8 & 10) and I walked in, we were met with an extremely rude reception. One gentleman, perched up front, literally scoffed at us, while the other barely managed a dismissive “hi” — all of this immediately after noticing we had children with us.
When we mentioned we were there to look around and potentially purchase some wines, the response was cold and uninterested. He reluctantly asked if we wanted to try anything, but his tone and body language made it clear we weren’t welcome. I felt so uncomfortable, we left almost immediately.
Honestly, this was the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a very long time. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, and downright rude. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. Denmark has plenty of other beautiful and friendly wineries — this one is definitely not worth your time.
