Forest Adventure的点评
点评：We are currently at the forest adventure in Singapore. My family and friends (11 of us) were on the course. My son got scared in the middle of level one and kept crying on the course. The instructors did nothing to help but kept chit chatting with each other. I rushed down to finish my level and ran to him, then one of the helpful instructors stopped me and told me he will help. When I complained to the manager (Kaiwen) how they can let a kid cry up there for over 5 minutes and did nothing, all she said was ‘he is getting help now, please stop shouting.’ I was speechless!! No apologies nor explanations, just asked me to stop talking?? What do you expect when you see your 6 yrs old son up in the sky crying his lung out and the instructors whom we count on to help did nothing??
We are visiting from Canada and this is a horrible experience in Singapore! We will never come back here again and will also advise you everyone we know to avoid this forest adventure place unless you are ready to leave your young kids up in the air crying helplessly.
