点评：My son and I enjoyed 2 days with the Music Man on a jeep tour from Hoi An to Hue and then back to Da Nang.
The trip was exhilarating and offered us a chance to see Vietnam from a different perspective.
My son is 24 and wanted to do the Hai Van Pass (Top Gear 2006) but didn't want to do an easy rider and I didn't want to take the risk of riding a motor bike in Vietnam with my son.
So an ex Vietnamese army jeep seemed the perfect solution and it was.
Our driver and tour guide Cong the Music man really cared about making our trip as enjoyable as possible and we would totally recommend the experience.
All the food and drink was extremely good and gave us the opportunity to try real Vietnamese food which we both really enjoyed.
The weather turned pretty wet and cold and we were glad we were not sat on a motorbike in a poncho, like many other travellers who were soaked through.
Be prepared for any bad weather by packing the right clothes.
Highlights included the Hai Van Pass and the back roads to a village with a waterfall. The historic tombs of Hue and the introduction to real Vietnamese food. There was plenty of unexpected cool stuff too, like a visit to a family who make incense and an abandoned water park.
Music man is a kind and playful guy who is dedicated to making your time with him special, so tell him what you want to include and if he can he will make it happen.
