点评:It was April. It was cold. It is mostly outside. It is a very large place (1.5 kilometer from ferry to farthest end). I was not dressed right. We were there for about 2 hours. I enjoyed walking around and there were enough informational signs (in English) that you could learn about the place without being on a tour. Obviously not the same as having a tour guide, but enough. I found it interesting. Except right around the ferry, none of the shops/restaurants were open, but the glass blowing studio was at work and we watched them for awhile. I think you really need more than 2 hours, but I was cold. I would definitely recommend going, but do be prepared to be colder than in the city. We had a 24-hour AB pass for the public transit (10 euro each) to get around town and that is all you need to go to the island, i.e. no additional fee. The ferry runs every 20 minutes during prime hours and then it is once or twice an hour - so check the schedule. We ran to get our ferry back because the next one was 40 minutes later.
