A fantastic place, well worth a visit

点评：Love this place, the staff are friendly and helpful. Safety comes first, but it doesn't get in the way of having a great time. They allow half an hour for the safety briefing and getting harnessed up, then there is 55 mins climbing time, with 5 mins at the end to get out of the harnesses. You clip in and out yourself, and it's so easy even quite young children can usually manage by themselves, so there's no waiting around for an instructor between walls. Non-climbing parents are allowed on the floor to be there for any children who might need a little more help or encouragement. There are plenty of walls to try, green being easy, blue intermediate and red walls are more difficult. Even when it's busy, there's always a wall free to try, or at most a short wait for the specific one you want. For spectators, there are tables and chairs on the ground floor and the mezzanine, and a cafe to get a drink and snack. We've been here several times before, including a party package a couple of years ago - which was fantastic, very well organised and highly enjoyed by all - and have booked to come back in a couple of weeks.
