Very average and formulaic with a grouchy captain and bored crew.

点评：The catamaran is small to average size and 12 is the maximum it can take. The tour was formulaic: turtles, wreck and beach with lunch. Same as every other catamaran and the locations were packed with passengers from other catamarans. For the wreck we had to wait to drop anchor. there was a real sense of ‘factory production’ about this tour. The captain was grouchy, lacked good customer service skills and seemed more interested in rules and procedures than ensuring everyone had a good time. He seemed to resent being asked questions. They young mates were going through the motions and seemed bored. The lunch was not great quality and very basic and the eating area cramped. The drinks were pre mixed rum punch, banks beer, wine and Prosecco. it was not served until after the first dive.
For a lot of money, this was very average and if you are seeking a more quality tour and less mass tourist formulas, I’d look elsewhere.
