点评：Again, a terrible company. Ordered a Xmas gift in early November 2024. The listing said it was expected within 2 weeks but may not arrive by Xmas. I figured it would probably be OK, since Xmas was over 6 weeks away, far more than the likely 2 weeks stated. It's now nearly 7 months later and I have still had nothing. No communication, no updates, no apology, no item, nada. Although they are very good at relentlessly sending out spam emails trying to get me to part with more money. I have contacted them 3 times already asking for a refund and they ignore this completely, each time just telling me to check the item listing for re-stock dates. They have said they understand my frustration, yet still, they will not refund me. They keep moving the re-stock date and say they can't tell me when or even if they'll get new stock. So basically they are 'selling' things they don't have, with no idea if or when they will be able to get them, and with no intention of refunding you if they can't fulfil your order. I can't urge you strongly enough to avoid these rip-off merchants.
