点评：My mum and I booked our whole Safari trip through Bench Africa (also known as Southern Cross Safaris) and it was absolutely amazing! We did the 'Kenya Highlights tour with some extra days added in Nairobi at the end.
We felt so taken care of and safe from the moment we arrived. As 2 women alone in a foreign country we couldn't have felt any more at ease, welcomed and taken care of. We were met at the airport by Nick who took our bags and escorted us to the car and driver who drove us to our hotel. The next day we were picked up by Kevin who was our guide and driver for our Safari. The tours need a min of 2 people to leave and can have a max of 6 and lucky for us it ended up just being us so it was basically a private safari!
Kevin was amazing, very nice, he is very experienced, easy to talk to, has a wealth of knowledge, amazing driver, made us feel safe and took care of us. We were very lucky at every place we visited and saw so many animals, the big 5, the rare 5 and everything in-between.
After the Safari, we stayed in Nairobi and Rebecca picked us up for a day tour, we visited the Elephant Orphanage, Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen and Kazuri beads. Rebecca was so lovely, she was so nice, we again felt very taken care of, she was very easy to talk to, shared great information with us, was a great driver, knew all the good spots and times to go to each of the places so we had a wonderful experience! We loved having her as our guide & driver for the day!
On the day we left we were transported back to the airport, once there Nick met us again, he took our bags and escorted us all the way up to the door, once again we felt so taken care of and safe.
Southern Cross Safaris (also known as Bench Africa) was the best company to do our Safari tour with, we could not have felt more safe, taken care of and looked after. Everyone, all of the staff we interacted with were so nice, professional and personable, they ensured we had a great time and we would highly highly recommend a Safari with them!
