Sour taste ruining 2023 passport experience

点评：I would have never imagined that I will be writing a one star review for Sbragia. Visiting them was a highlight of our passport weekend, ever since Willy wonka chocolate event in 2018. Well - here comes one star review, and our desire not to visit them for future passport events. And not to purchase anything.
We arrived at 3:55, with passport theoretically closing at 4. For reference, a day earlier, we hanged around in peace at Cast until 4:30. Well, at 3:55, we are told that they are closed. And when my wife asked for the bathroom, she was informed - I cannot share this information with you.
We left. My wife did not use their bathroom. And the sour taste stayed with us all the way home. Removing Sbragia from our passport list.
