Beautiful Venue but Beware of seating plan
伯明翰交响乐厅的点评
点评：Attended the beautiful Symphony Hall to see Chris De Burgh as a birthday treat who incidentally was amazing.
One thing worth mentioning about the Symphony Hall is please don’t assume that if you book a seat in the Stalls Row A you are sat in the front row as this is not the case. Their seating plan starts at AA, BB, CC so Row A is in fact 4 rows from the front. This was quite misleading for us, having looked at the plan when booking we assumed incorrectly we were in the front row and were obviously disappointed (especially as the tallest guy ever was sat in front of us, yes can’t be helped). The lady on the door explained we were not in the front when inspecting our tickets even though we had not said which row we were in so this would lead us to believe this mistake happens all the time.
The queue for the toilets during the interval was huge so we walked past the bar (again huge queue) and used the toilets across the walkway.
Good sound and comfortable seats with plenty of leg room.
